QUALITY DICTATED BY IPC STANDARDS AT 600-CLASS 2 AND CLASS 3

The IPC - Association Connecting Electronics Industries, is the editor of a series of documents (usually referred to as reference standards) related to the most technical aspects of the production of each electronic part. The use of these standards as a reference, is a guarantee that the productions follow precise and periodic processes and quality controls. All PCBs produced in our domestic and international plants, comply with IPC A 600 standards. The standard production process follows the IPC A600 Class 2 standard. However, for more demanding customers operating in critical areas such as Railways, Military Electronics and Avionics, we follow the criteria dictated by IPC A 600 Class 3.

PROCESS AND CONTROL STATEMENTS OF THE PRODUCTION CHAIN

Esseti Ltd. supports the fight against violence, human rights violations and environmental degradation for the extraction and marketing of certain minerals in the geographical area delimited as the "Conflict Region," which includes the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and neighboring countries.

The "Securities and Exchange Commission" (SEC) has prepared legislation regarding "conflict minerals" disclosure and publication requirements, as outlined by the "Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act" of 2010. The rules require manufacturers to disclose whether products created contain metals mined in the eastern provinces of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and neighboring countries where mineral extraction may directly or indirectly fund human rights abuses or benefit armed groups in those countries.

Esseti Ltd. does not acquire minerals directly from mines and smelters, however, it has begun to undertake a process of working with its suppliers to ensure The non-use of minerals from the Conflict-mineral Region and is committed to deliberately not sourcing minerals that come from mines in the place defined as the "Conflict Region." Esseti Ltd. fully supports this law and its position is to avoid the use of minerals that are not certified as "conflict free". Because of the above, Esseti srl in the person of the legal representative declares that the material supplied by our company DOES NOT CONTAIN metals from the incriminated areas.
